Triple Crust Peach Pie




(2) 21 oz. cans peach pie filling
3 9" pie crust
1 T. butter
1 T. sugar
ground cinnamon

Place one of the pie crust in the bottom of a 9x9 baking dish (I use a square pan). Cut another pie crust into 3 pieces (strips) and place on a cookie sheet. Place in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and spread one can of the peach pie filling over the crust in the baking dish. Take the large strips and place over the top of the peaches. Dot with half of the butter and then top with the 2nd. can of peach pie filling. Take the 3rd crust and cut into strips and then place over the top of the peaches lattice style. Dot with remaining butter and then sprinkle with the sugar and a light dusting of cinnamon. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
