Hotdog Chili Sauce





1 lb. ground beef (80/20)
1/2 C. diced sweet onion
3/4 C. HOT water
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
3 T. ketchup
2 T. yellow mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. sugar
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Brown ground beef in a skillet, breaking up with a wooden spoon. Drain of the grease and add in the onion. Saute a minute or two and add in the hot water. Allow to cook for 5 minutes and add in all the remaining ingredients. Stir well, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
