2-3 lb. beef roast
1 10.5 oz. can golden mushroom soup
1/2 soup can of water
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 T. house seasoning
(equal parts garlic powder, black pepper and onion powder)
Veggies like potatoes, celery, carrots, etc.
Place the roast and veggies in the crock pot. Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over the roast. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
