Fried Dill Pickles

1 C. flour
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. back pepper
1 egg
1/4 C. milk
hot sauce
oil (for frying)
ranch dressing (for dipping)

Combine flour, and spices in one bowl and in a separate combine egg, milk and a few dashes of hot sauce. Dip each pickle slice in the flour then the egg mixture then back into the flour. Lay on a plate until you have battered all the pickles you wish to fry. Heat oil to 350 degrees. Drop each pickle into the hot oil (do not over crowd) and cook till golden brown. Remove to a paper towel lined plate. Serve hot with ranch dressing.
